spellchecker leaks file on core reload

When reloading a core of a multicore solr 1.4.0 instance with
/admin/cores?action=RELOAD&core=name an extra reference to the spellchecker cfs
file appears in the list of open files of the java process. A forced gc (with
jconsole) does not help.
