I think it's stable in the sense of "does the right thing and doesn't crash", but IMO isn't stable in the sense that new interfaces (internal and external) added since 1.2 may still be changing. Lots of new stuff going in (and has gone in), and I wouldn't expect to see 1.3 super soon. Just IMO of course. -Yonik
