Hi, Thought you guys might be interested, I'm working on a search abstraction library for PHP called Forage, you can check it out at the link below. At the moment it just supports basic indexing and searching with Solr, Xapian and Zend Search Lucene but I'm hoping to add more engines and more features (tagging, faceting, etc) in the very near future.
