Yes, there is a way.

One node on which replica needs to be created hit

curl '
http://localhost:8983/solr/admin/cores?action=CREATE&name=<corename>&collection=<collection>&shard=<
<http://localhost:8983/solr/admin/cores?action=CREATE&name=mycore&collection=collection1&shard=shard2>
shardid>'

For example

curl '
http://localhost:8983/solr/admin/cores?action=CREATE&name=mycore&collection=collection1&shard=shard2
'
