"Max Docs" is a confusing. It's not really the maximum number of docs you can have, it's just the total amount of docs in your index INCLUDING DELETED DOCS that haven't been cleared by a merge. "Heap Memory Usage" is currently broken. See https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-7475
