Just don’t ask for them. Or you saying that users can specify arbitrary fields to facet on and you want to prevent certain fields from being possible?
No, there’s no good way to do that in solrconfig.xml. You could write a query component that stripped out certain fields from the facet.field parameter. Likely the easiest would be to do that in the application I assume you have between Solr and your users.
