Hi. I experience an issue where Solr is using huge ammounts of I/O. Basically it uses the whole HDD continously, leaving nothing to the other processes. Solr is called by a script which continously indexes some files.
The index has around 800MB and I can't understand why it could trash the HDD so much. I could use some help on how to optimize Solr so it doesn't use so much I/O. Thank you. -- Fita Adrian
