Could you give more details on what's not working? Have you followed the instructions here: http://wiki.apache.org/solr/SolrCloud#Getting_Started Are you using an embedded Zookeeper or an external server? How many of them? Are you using numShards=1?2?
What do you see in the Solr UI, in the "cloud" section?
