I don't know how you run Sonata, but from the Git repository, you can
do:
$ ./run-sonata -v -v
Or if you installed Sonata and are using the 'sonata' script, you can
do:
$ sonata -v -v
You will have more information about what's going on in your terminal
(yes, you have to launch it from a terminal though).
