If you have not already, go get the appropriate VPN documents from sonicwall.com . They are a must.
Dumb question, but does your Soho2 have the VPN upgrade. Without it you can still manage your sonicwall remotely, but you would not be able to access your network. This feature works all the time for me, so I guess I need more information to help you out specifically.
