the yellow alert means that you added an acces rule (ie allowing traffic to
a specific ip) that modifies the network access rule.  as far as printing
out the rules, I just did a print screen.  the only other way that I can see
is to generate and print the tech support report from tools-diagnostics, but
the report is not very friendly.

What does the small yellow alert signify.  Also is is possible to get a
print out of the rules.
