Incase others have not experienced this, yesterday I brought up a new computer for a client. They only have 7 computers and one printer on the LAN. But the new computer would not access the Internet, but could access all internal resources.
When I looked at the SonicWall SOHO3/10 log, it said to many IP on LAN. Turns out, it had remembered every IP on the LAN since it was started, including those that were temporary and no longer in use. I had to restart it to clear the memory. Too bad there is not a way for it to clear the IP list without restarting. John Tolmachoff IT Manager, Network Engineer RelianceSoft, Inc.
