I did exactly what they said. Wipe everything clean, load the new 6.3.1.0 firmware, reenter all my settings manually, and it still kept locking up on me. I mentioned that to them and they basically couldn't help me. I have since kept that ticket open until they find a fix for it. I have reverted back to 6.1.2.0 and it has been stable now. But beware, if you have users who are using the new Ver 8.x of the VPN client they will no longer be able to connect since the new software does not work with anything lower than 6.3.1.0.

The Pro VX became highly unstable, rejecting connections, rebooting itself and even locking up completely. Reverting back to 6.2.0.0 resolved the problems. The most recent advice I have received from MySonicwall is to 'wipe & type' ie completely reset the unit, load in the 6.3.1.0 firmware and then type in all of the settings I need rather than import a settings file. Has anybody who had stability problems with 6.3.1.0 tried 6.3.1.4 and is it openly available?
