Anybody seen TELE3's with firmware 6.3.1.0 and TZ's with firmware 6.3.5.0
not sending syslogs to the SGMS gateway when they are turned on
?
Also
one did not send out DHCP leases even though there was LAN link, and i could
logon to it through a VPN tunnel from the customers main site. After 2 days
online it suddenly started sending syslogs and the DHCP started working too (see
"2").
I've
had 6 or 7 of these, and have seen two solutions :
1.
When registering in SGMS, the box starts to send syslogs when SGMS "fingers" the
unit for the first time.
2. 2
units could not be imported into SGMS at all, but started sending syslogs after
a couple of days online.
