Thanks for the suggestion Jesper, but no, I am definitely using the correct file.

I have the Pro 100 and am using this firmware file "sw_t2e_6314.bin".

 

I'll try downloading the file again tomorrow then uploading to the firewall.

If that doesn't work, I'll wipe the firewall then install the new firmware initially instead of trying to update over the current version.

Maybe you are using the wrong image file ?

 

TELE3, SOHO2 and PRO100 image name : sw_t2e_6314.bin

PRO200 and PRO300 image name : sw_a2e_6314.bin

I have tried downloading the firmware 3 times now.

Each time I have tried to upload to the Sonicwall Pro 100, I get the message:

'The firmware file is not valid, please try again '

I didn't have any difficulty uploading version 6.3.1.0.

 

Has anyone else encountered a problem like this?
