from email?
sure...a DIG of groups.msn.com yields:

groups.msn.com MX (Mail Exchanger) Priority: 10 cluster.groups.msn.com
cluster.groups.msn.com A (Address) 207.68.170.121

So put in an explicit block of SMTP from 207.68.170.121.

from browsing?
under filter, put in groups.msn.com as one of the forbidden domain or keyword
