I click that box on the filter page and it tends to block MOST of them.
If you are serious about blocking proxies, then I suggest a product like
WebSense.

A quick search of google for "http proxy list" gave a plethora of
results.

Also - I could offer these links from spamcop:

HTH...but I think this will amount to "whack-a-mole" without a filtering
service solution.
