My PRO 200 has been working great for about a year. Early this morning it
died (blocking all traffic). I called the guys at the NOC they said there
were lights on the box (I didn't ask if the alarm light was on). I asked him
to power cycle the sonicwall. It came back up, the alarm light as on. After
5 minutes I was unable to connect to the box. However now the box looks good
and I am able to connect. I don't know if the alarm light is still on.
Unforunately, I turned off Alerts since I was getting one every 5 minutes
from two of MY mail servers on in front and one behind the firewall. So I
have very little data to read. Firmware 6.3.1.4. Ethernet ports have the
speed locked down.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
