If YourSonicwall is out of licenses it doesn't log more IP addresses in the "License Info" sectin in the techsup report.
What you probably have, is a network printer or another network unit, you thought was IP de-configured, but is not. I would shut down one of the live IP's, restart the Sonicwall to reset license info, and then take a new look in the techsup file, where the 192.168.1.102 should now be listed under "License Info" and in the ARP table as well. You can then deduct the manufacturer of the network i/f from the MAC address, and that will hopefully give you a clue.
