Mubarak's comments came as he began talks with Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert in the Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh aimed at reviving the stalled Middle East peace process. The Israeli military has said that it moved into Ramallah in what was meant to be a routine operation to arrest four Palestinian militants. It's believed that a combination of greenhouse gas emissions and the El Nino effect, which occurs in cycles, could lead to the rise in temperature.
