Ex-Bosnian Serb servicemen arrested in U.S. 27 June 2007 | 13:50 | Source: Nezavisne novine *CHICAGO -- Four Bosnian Serbs were arrested in Chicago for concealing they were in the army during the Srebrenica massacre. * According to a statement issued by the U.S. Customs and Immigration Department, the four have been identified as Dalibor Butina, Radovan Janković, Vlado Kecojević and Branislav Čančar. The were arrested for withholding information about their service in the Bosnian Serb Army (VRS), which enabled them to enter the United States as refugees. “After they entered the U.S. and were granted refugee status, all four acquired permanent residents permits,” the statement says. The procedure for their deportation in now underway.
