Protivpravno slanje Misije EU na Kosmet najdirektnije ugroava suverenitet i teritorijalni integritet Srbije Beograd, 6. februar 2008. godine Predsednik Vlade Republike Srbije Vojislav Kotunica rekao je danas, povodom izjave predsednika Srbije Borisa Tadiæa, da je Evropska unija svojom odlukom da protivpravno poalje Misiju na Kosovo i Metohiju sa ciljem da sprovede Ahtisarijev plan o nadziranoj nezavisnosti pokrajine najdirektnije ugrozila suverenitet i teritorijalni integritet Srbije. Istovremeno, EU je ponudila Srbiji da potpie politièki sporazum, to znaèi da EU jednim aktom od Srbije otima 15 odsto teritorije, a drugim aktom nudi Srbiji politièki sporazum. Uveren sam u to da svaki graðanin Srbije vidi da je reè o bezobzirnoj uceni EU i da bi potpis Srbije na ponuðeni politièki sporazum bio potpis za nezavisnost Kosova. Zbog toga je neophodno da se odmah sazove Narodna skuptina kako bi se narodni poslanici izjasnili o odluci EU da poalje Misiju na Kosovo i Metohiju. S obzirom na to da je EU ugrozila suverenitet i teritorijalni integritet Srbije, ustavna obaveza predsednika Narodne skuptine Olivera Duliæa je da hitno zakae sednicu Skuptine, pre nego to albanski separatisti uz podrku SAD i EU proglase jednostranu nezavisnost. "At the same time, the EU offered Serbia to sign the political agreement, which means that with one move, it wants to snatch away 15% of Serbias territory, and with another to offer it a political agreement. I believe that every citizen of Serbia sees that this is unscrupulous blackmail and that by signing the offered political agreement Serbia would actually sign Kosovo's independence. Therefore, it is necessary that Serbian parliament convenes immediately so that parliament members can make a declaration concerning the EUs decision to send a mission to Kosovo-Metohija. Considering the fact that the EU has put Serbias territorial integrity and sovereignty in jeopardy, it is the constitutional duty of parliament speaker Oliver Dulic to call an urgent parliament session, before Albanian separatists, with the support of the EU and the US make a unilateral declaration of independence.
