that time, all interested people are asked to come to Pennsylvania Avenue in
front of the White House at 1:00 PM to join hands in a human chain of at least
HUNDREDS of people walking in a circle past the White House carrying Serbian
and American flags and posters while blowing whistles and beating drums. There
