Hillary is nobody. George Bush Sr. ignited the world wide hatred against Orthodox Serbs, Bill Clinton continued that anti-Serbian policy, and finally, George Bush Jr. was the one who finished the first part of the plan to dismantle Yugoslavia and Serbia. In reality, it doesn't matter who is and who is going to be next president of the USA (probably McCain as a counterespionage-expert; American Presidential elections are already decided!), because the politics against the Serbs are not going to be changed soon. The USA is trying to achieve its goals of "primary importance" and, unfortunately, we are again on the State Department's agenda. They wouldn't stop until Serbia is wiped out from the map of the world.
