   Please find enclosed the new issue of the Kosovo Compromise analytical
bulletin – focussing on the aftermath of Kosovo’s unilateral declaration of
secession.

   It features a series of analyses by Barbara Delcourt (ULB, Brussels),
Michael Radu (FPRI, Philadelphia), Jan Oberg (TFF, Lund), Alexis Troude
(IAG, Paris), Bogdana Koljevic (NSPM, Belgrade) and others.
