Would it be possible to find out the copyright owners of this series and dub 
the reports with an English commentary? It would vastly increase the impact. 
Because the series is produced by Czechs rather than Serbs, it ought to carry 
greater weight. I am thinking that it is the sort of thing which coulld be 
introduced in part during a political meeting and then videos of the whole 
series could be sold . I have met Miroslav Polreich who was Czechoslovakian 
ambassador to the OSCE in the early Nineties. He was absolutely convinced that 
his government could have brokered a peaceful outcomein Kosovo  - but it was 
forbidden to do so by Germany (Vaclav Havel, the then president, was a 
bootlicker of Berlin)
