- Information on the Exhibition of the Quilt of Belonging, an astonishing 
embroidered vision of Canada’s ethnocultural history in the threads of Canada's 
past and the mosaic of  today's Canada. And we Serbs are proud to have been a 
part of this very Canadian project. Dragica Bogdanovic of Ottawa designed and 
embroidered the Serbian block which has red Kosovo “bozuri” and the 4 letters 
“S” in a cross meaning “only unity can save the Serbs. The Serbian National 
Shield Society of Canada (Srpska Narodna Odbrana u Kanadi) has sponsored the 
block. Visit the Direct Energy Centre, exhibit hall “A” in Toronto between now 
and September 1 and view this astonishing tapestry.
