I pity Serbia for having this man, Boris Tadic for its President.

TADIC ON THE EULEX MISSION
21 October 2008 15:48
Serbian President Boris Tadic has reiterated that Serbia has nothing against
the deployment of the EULEX mission in Kosmet, provided the mission has a UN
mandate, is neutral status-wise and does not implement Ahtisaari¢s plan, which
plan implies independence of the Province. Serbia will never recognize
independence of Kosmet and will be defending its interest with legal and
diplomatic means, at the same time securing its future membership in the EU,
Tadic reiterated in Kragujevac, where he attended a ceremony in memory of
thousands of people and children killed by Nazi occupators in that town in
central Serbia on this day, 67 years ago, in the Second World War. Tadic said
he is satisfied with the statement of EU Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn
that the Balkans is a region of special interests for the EU, pointing out
that, besides a good will of Brussels, it depends on Serbia how soon it will
join the EU. Europe is a sum of the best experiences that
have been selected and have grown into standards. That is the reason why life
is better in Europe today than in Serbia and that is the primary reason why we
want to join the EU, Tadic said.
