ImageStarting with February 1, Serbia will start the implementation of the Interim Trade agreement with the EU, it has been announced by Minister of Finance Diana Dragutinovic. At the gathering on fiscal decentralization in Serbia, she has reminded that the car import taxes will be decreased to 10%. In a technical sense, it is not a unilateral implementation of this agreement, as the Serbian merchandise has been made tax-free in the EU market, Dragutinovic explained. The implantation of the Interim Trade Agreement was supposed to begin on January 1, but was delayed because the Serbian Assembly has not passed in time the amendments to the Law on customs to enable that.
