Terrorist Suspect Wanted In U.S. Is Released In Kosovo

An EU spokeswoman says the Kosovo government will decide whether the 29-year-old Albanian suspect will be extradited to the U.S. She added the man must report to Kosovo police twice a week. Bajram Asllani is accused of soliciting money from seven men in North Carolina who were arrested last year. The group allegedly planned to attack a U.S. Marine base in Quantico, Virginia. The U.S. supports Kosovo's independence and has nearly 15-hundred troops stationed there as part of NATO's peace-keeping mission.
