About the issue of the OCA, because actually I won't often push code to the OpenJDK repo, so I think it's unnecessary to join the OCB now, and the steps to join it is pretty complex.
Unfortunately the patches without OCA cannot be accepted =(The steps are not so complicated, if there are some issues then up can send me an email.
