        a) write #define WM_WOL 1
        b) write options WM_WOL

Note that this flag will be removed by IFCAP_WOL. See tech-net ML.

 The reason why I disabled it by default is that it may wastes a battery's
capacity in a notebook. I'd like to introduce FreeBSD' IFCAP_WOL flag!
