sun6i_spi: bring over non-intrusive improvements from sun4i_spi
- simplify attach error handling
- calculate minfreq & maxfreq instead of hardcoding
- print configured value of SPI_SCLK
- add convenience macro for reading/writing SPI register
- clean up commented out debug printfs
