Pull up following revision(s) (requested by msaitoh in ticket #1328):

        sys/arch/x86/pci/amdsmn.c: revision 1.4
        sys/arch/x86/pci/amdsmn.c: revision 1.5
        sys/arch/x86/pci/amdsmn.c: revision 1.6

Add support for Ryzen 2xxx and 3xxx.

Use unsigned to fix compile error on i386.

Whitespace fix.
