external/bsd/iscsi libiscs: Add expected symbols list.
NOTE: Looks like some internals are leaking through, like modify_iov,
read_conf_file, set_debug, &c. Time for a version map and revbump?
PR lib/58838: shared libraries in base should all have expsym lists
