FYI, this was not an accidental local change; I deliberately committed this so that it would run on the releng testbed because I was unable to reproduce the problem locally. And I gated the output on a runtime environment variable rather than on a compile-time option to limit it to the t_sp:sigsafe test case. That said, I've now figured out what's going on (PR misc/59252: tests/rump/rumpkern/t_sp:sigsafe: out of memory) and fixed the underlying issue, so we can remove various diagnostic scaffolding I had put in for t_sp:sigsafe. But that scaffolding wasn't an accident.
