Pull up following revision(s) (requested by fair in ticket #1422):
share/man/man4/gtp.4: revision 1.1
distrib/sets/lists/man/mi: revision 1.1304
share/man/man4/Makefile: revision 1.556
The mr(4) driver was replaced by gtp(4) in 2002, but the documentation
did not follow; fix PR kern/40070
