Log Message:
TARGET_VERSION is used in collect2.c now. avoid referencing the
m68k_cpu_flags variable and simply print "(NetBSD/m68k/68010 ELF)".
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r1.1.1.1 -r1.2 \
src/external/gpl3/gcc/dist/gcc/config/m68k/netbsd-elf.h
