Pull up revision 1.13 (requested by tsutsui in ticket #709).
FLOPPYPAD=1 for padding floppies.
On XM6i (emulator), the floppy format type of plain image is
decided by filesize, so it makes easy to use the image on XM6i.
To generate a diff of this commit:
