Module Name: src
Committed By: pgoyette
Date: Wed May 31 10:08:24 UTC 2017

Modified Files:
        src/sys/arch/x86/x86: cpu.c

Log Message:
Partially revert previous. Rather than completely removing the loop
around calls to x86_pause(), just drastically reduce the repeat count.
It's still good to have some real delay here (among other things, for
letting the TSCs drift).

As discussed on IRC
