Reduce kernel size by
- Adding -fno-asynchronous-unwind-tables and -fno-unwind-tables to COPTS
- Specify NO_KERNEL_RCSIDS to strip RCSIDS
Also adding -fno-omit-frame-pointer to COPTS for backtrace in DDB.
