ctwmrc: remove SloppyFocus keyword, which breaks xev
the default still seems to be sloppy focus.
is this a bug? does ctwm use a different definition of sloppy focus to
the rest of the world? we may never know
ctwmrc: disable NoTitleFocus to prevent multiple windows having focus
some investigation help from Rhialto
