Make route6d REQUIRE: mountcritremote.
route6d is in /usr/sbin, and thus on systems with separate / and /usr,
/etc/rc.d/route6d can be run before /usr is mounted, resulting in
route6d mysteriously failing to start.
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r1.7 -r1.8 src/etc/rc.d/route6d
