Pull up following revision(s) (requested by jmcneill in ticket #664):
distrib/utils/embedded/mkimage: revision 1.53
Use FFSv2 instead of FFSv1 for the root file-system. This should fix the
"resize_ffs takes forever" issues with evbarm images -- growing a v2
file-system is much faster than v1.
