Log message:
the openssh-8.2.tar.gz release tarball contained a stale version.h
file and incorrectly advertised itself as "8.1". I have respun and
re-signed the openssh-8.2.tar.gz tarball to correct this.
The release notes contain SHA1/SHA256 sums for both the fixed and
the original tarball, which remains on the mirror sites but renamed
to openssh-8.2.tar.gz.incorrect as a lasting monument to my error.
