As suggested by deraadt@, reference some files located in the
advisories/ directory that weren't referenced from anywhere in our
website from the appropriate places in errataXY.html files, to
better document early OpenBSD history.
Thanks to <clematis at insiberia dot net> for reporting
that these files were unreferenced.
While here, sync the mostly identical files sni_12_resolverid.txt
and res_random.txt, then only keep one copy.
