Branch cert (un)marshalling depending on cert purpose
The certificate purpose tells us what fields are available in a cert
and per cert type there are at most two optional fields (rpkiNotify may
or may not be available in the SIA for CA and TA certs and a TA cert
may or may not have an AKI).
