Remove Ghostbusters Record (RFC 6493) support
Support for GBRs was introduced many years ago, but in all of history
basically nobody published GBRs and a survey in the community suggests
it's not going to happen. People prefer other methods to exchange
operational contact information, such as RDAP and Whois.
RFC 6493 should probably be assigned "Historic" status.
