Powerdown more panels during suspend. This includes all generic eDP panels
as well as various Samsung OLED panels. Note that the Samsing OLED panel
on the ASUS Zenbook A14 (UX3407QA) doesn't seem to power back on upon
resume wheras a similar panel in the ASUS Vivobook S15 works fine. There
are some hints in the Linux kernel that these Samsung panels need more
elaborate power sequencing. Hopefully we can fix this with a future tweak
of this driver.
