- Fix links to pkg-stableXX.html pages in errataXX.html
- Remove links to non-existent information in errata42/43/44.html
- Move pkg-stable.html to pkg-stable41.html to reflect reality, this page
was not updated since then.
- And finally remove pkg-stable.html, no need to mislead users into
thinking we still provide stable packages. Commits to -stable ports
happen quite regularly though, follow ports-changes@ for notifications.
